It may come as no surprise that the heavy hitters of the exclusive Nokia apps on the Nokia Lumia picked up the most votes in our recent poll to find your favourite Nokia app. Nokia Drive + came out top, followed by Nokia Maps and Nokia Music.
Windows Phone is the fastest growing app community out there right now and it seems no one is doing more to make this a thriving and bristling market place than Nokia. There are now well over 35 apps and a dozen games that are exclusive to Nokia Lumia.
It’s worth noting that this poll was carried out before the news that Nokia Drive+ would no longer be an exclusive Nokia Lumia app. However, the results to bear out that it’s the app most people will want to own and use on their Windows Phone 8 smartphone.
With so much quality content why would you even need to consider rival devices out there? It seems that you Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820 owners love your apps as so many took part in our recent poll.
We’ve been looking at the results and it comes as no real surprise that the major apps are you favourites. Nokia Drive + came out streets ahead of the opposition, commanding some 41 per cent of the vote.

Nokia Maps came second with 22 per cent of the vote, pushing what we personally thought would have been the winner, Nokia Music into third place with 16 per cent of the vote.

If you’re interested the apps that make up the ‘Other’ option well you’ll find that Nokia Reading, Nokia Trailers and Smart Shoot (as well as a few spoiled ballots – shame on you!)
