Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update starts rolling out to Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and 7.0 in the US

After pushing the update to the European version of the Galaxy Tab 2,
Samsung has now begun rolling out the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for
the US version as well.
According to Android Police, both the 10.1-inch as well as the 7.0-inch models are now receiving the 4.1.1 update, over the air as well as through the Samsung Kies application.
As usual, you should expect the usual Jelly Bean features, including Project Butter, Google Now support, improved notifications and a lot more. Check to see if the update is now available for your Galaxy Tab 2.
