The hotly anticipated Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean
upgrade for the original Galaxy Note might just be around the corner.
Samsung UK has already posted the Jelly Bean manual for Galaxy Note
smartphones, which suggests the rollout should start any moment now.
The Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update will bring a lot of new features including some niceties from the company’s latest flagships, Galaxy S3 and Note 2. Samsung is also expected to bring the Nature UX version of TouchWiz UI, along with cool features like direct call and Smart Stay. The S-pen will also learn a few new tricks and there will be some extra apps preinstalled.
As usual, the update will be available over-the-air (OTA) and you can also update their devices via Kies. Unfortunately we do not have any official confirmation regarding the schedule of the rollout.
